This cell phone and electronics repair shop was the first independently owned iPhone, iPad, and cell phone repair store for iDropped, a mostly regional franchise founded in Scranton, PA in 2012. The local electronic repair place opened in The Gateway Shopping Center in Edwardsville (Kingston) PA in 2014 and previously operated as a licensee in Nanticoke, PA since 2012. The shop is renowned for technical excellence in iPhone screen replacement, cell phone repair, Samsung phone repair, Motorola phone repair, PlayStation repair, game console repair, and iPad repair as well as its unique products, and customer service you only find at a repair store owned by a local NEPA native.
The cell phone repair shop and the owner has had a feature in national media such as The Huffington Post & Entrepreneur. The owner invests in special equipment and training, personally training with world-class industry leaders as well as providing training for our precision technicians so we may offer Microsoldering Board Repairs, Water Damage Treatment, and Data Recovery services.
The owner is an NEPA native with deep ties to the area, growing up in Swoyersville and later moving to the Back Mountain area as a teen. Currently she resides in the Greater Pittston area, in Exeter Township PA.
Glass Screen Replacement & Back Glass Replacement

One of the most classic repairs we encounter is the broken PlayStation hdmi port. We’re not sure why– we joke they were installed with spit and a prayer from the factory! (There’s hardly any solder on the pins inside.) Needless to say it is a very common signature failure of the PlayStation, and in particular, the PS5.
