iDropped was born to repair iPhones, Samsung phones, Motorola phones and nearly every other make and model phone as well as iPads, Samsung tablets, other tablets, iPods, Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, Macbooks, iMacs, Laptops, Gaming PCs, and other electronics. We’re not really sure how or why, but apparently there are many ways to drop many things, and we’re here to rescue you when you need us!
iPhone Repairs like screen replacements and battery replacements are typically done in under 60 minutes. Back glass repairs and charge ports typically do take longer but often times are same day Phone repairs. If a part needs to be special ordered typical ship time is 24-48 hours. Most Samsung phone repairs and Motorola phone repairs are completed within an hour or so as well if the part is in stock, and often times it is indeed in stock! Playstation repairs, Xbox repairs, and Nintendo Switch repairs typically are completed within a few days; some may be same day. See your local iDropped for details. Turnaround time for computers and watches is usually at least a few days as it usually requires ordering parts.
Estimates are generally free if the problem is straightforward, like a broken screen or battery not holding a charge. If the diagnosis is more in depth that requires time to open a device, an iDropped location may have a Diagnostics Fee. Check with your local iDropped store for details. Generally Diagnostic Fees are waived if you opt to proceed with a repair.
iDropped was the pioneer of the One Year Warranty. We still offer a one year warranty on most premium aftermarket iPhone screens which covers the functionality of the image and digitizer (touch functionality). However, some iDropped locations offer no-warranty lower grade screens to the budget-minded consumer nowadays. The premium screen warranty does not include any physical damage such as cracks or chips, drops, or liquid damage. Apple Genuine screens are not warrantied as even Apple its mighty self does not warranty them. Rest assured though, they are the best quality you can buy on the market today.
All of our batteries and charge ports include a one year warranty sans liquid exposure.
Android screens typically do not include a warranty but some iDropped locations offer courtesy and a certain amount of grace for Samsung A Series screens and Motorola screens. We do not warranty Samsung S series and Note series screens.
iPad screens are warrantied for screen lifting for one year as well as the touch functionality. The lcd of iPads are not warrantied, as our suppliers to not offer this warranty to us. The screen warranty does not include any physical damage such as scratches, cracks, chips, drops, or liquid damage.
Back glass is not warrantied because… it’s still glass! Unfortunately we have not unearthed the unbreakable glass yet! We can dream, though, right? Most iDropped locations do utilize OEM back glass from OEM housings, pulls, or other sources. All iDropped locations take a great deal of care to source sturdy back glass and perform tedious meticulous back glass and housing replacements, so rest assured you are in good hands. We are not akin to the places you see that hack at your back glass with sharp objects and heat and then peel and stick cheap glass to the back that falls out as fast as you can say “Oops!” again.
