Glass Screen Replacement & Back Glass Replacement
Cracked glass is our specialty! When you smash the glass on your iPhone, cell phone or iPad, you need to know how much that repair will cost and how fast it can be fixed. Because we stock most iPhone screens, repairs typically take an hour and no appointment is needed.
These days, back glass gets smashed just as often and the front glass. We got you! Give us a call.
Each location has different policies and turnaround times. Most iPhone screens and common android screens are replaced within an hour or less. Smashed back glass and iPad screens may take longer.
Game Console Repairs
Hdmi port replacement is our specialty! All hdmi ports replaced include a one year warranty.
We can also replace disk drives, fix over-heating, replace liquid metal, replace the power supply, charge port and more for your Playstation, Xbox, Nintendo, Steam Deck, Oculus and more.
Macbook, iMac and other PC Repairs
Most iDropped locations service Macbooks. Common repairs include screens, lcds, glass, battery replacements and charge port replacements.
We also have a special place in our heart for iMac repairs: glass replacement and hard drive replacement is most common.
HP, Lenovo, Asus and other models of computers including Chromebooks can be service as well.

Battery Replacement & Charge Port Repair
When your iPhone, iPad, Cell phone, Samsung Galaxy, Motorola or other device no longer holds a charge, the battery drains quick, or it shuts down randomly, it may be time to get a new battery installed. Because we stock most iPhone batteries, repairs typically take an hour and no appointment is needed.
Something stuck in your charge port? Charging cable no longer fitting; you have to angle it a certain way to charge it? Often times we can pry out debris from your charge port for zero or a nominal charge.
All battery replacements and charge port repairs come include a one year warranty.

The iDropped Story
iDropped was founded in Scranton, PA in 2012 by two local businessmen, Charles Hibble and Chad Altier. The first location was at the Steamtown Mall in Scranton. They expanded the business to other locations including Stroudsburg, Wilkes Barre and Dickson City in the NEPA and Pocono region of Pennsylvania.
They franchised the business and opened two franchised locations– one in Edwardsville, PA and one in Knoxville, TN. Eventually an employee who was with the company since its inception in 2012, acquired the Stroudsburg location.
In 2022, the owner of the Edwardsville location, Dawn Heller, an NEPA native, acquired the assets of the franchisor. Dawn moved the Wilkes-Barre and Scranton locations out of the malls and consolidated the Wilkes Barre location with the Edwardsville store and moved our Scranton location to Dickson City, PA. Dawn also added a licensee in Wilkes-Barre, Nepa Geeks for computer repairs.
