Glad you asked! Yes, iDropped was founded in Scranton in 2012. The owner of this Edwardsville store, Dawn Heller, actually opened her first iDropped in Nanticoke in 2012, then moved it to the Gateway Shopping Center in Edwardsville in 2014. Dawn is an NEPA native who attended Dana Street Elementary in the Wyoming Valley West School District, and later graduated from Dallas School District and spent two years at LCCC. Dawn went on to have a corporate career in insurance IT and Marketing before signing with iDropped. Dawn has trained with industry leaders such as Jessa Jones and Jesse Cruz, and now provides her iDropped technicians with similar training opportunities. We are proud to be locally owned and operated. Dawn still lives in the West Pittston area. Many of our competitors do not have the local roots that we have. iDropped sounds big sometimes, but we are still a small local business, and we appreciate any love and support of our small business.
